LTC LICE SERVICE          SAME DAY HOUSE CALLS    1-866-454-4697      AVAILABLE 24/7

Mom of a College Student in Massachusetts:

Dear Liz:

I got a text message from my daughter Lila at 5:30 AM this morning saying, “The deed is done! Denise was great!” Thank you so much for providing this service on a Saturday night. My daughter was totally overwhelmed and derailed by this head lice infestation and quite literally, she could not cope. I am so thankful my sister found you, called you and you were able to provide services in such a timely manner. I am 3000 miles away (in Oregon) and to hear the desperation, hysteria and sadness in my daughter’s voice was devastating….I cannot thank you enough….Lila has scheduled a haircut for herself today and I suspect when I talk to her, she will sound like another person. My gratitude – from one mom to another.

Camp Director, Maine:

In my over thirty years as a camp director, I have never seen anything like the head lice problem we had at our camp last summer. We called in The Lice Treatment Center and they helped us by checking each girl's hair. They also helped us get the bunks and bedding in hand--you can only imagine the stress with 300 girls in residence! By using their Jolis Cheveux products we were able to keep the head lice at bay for the entire season! I can't thank them enough.

Mom, Stamford, CT:

When the school nurse called to say that my daughter had head lice, I was completely panicked and felt overwhelmed. I called The Lice Treatment Center and felt immediately reassured. The technician arrived at my home within a few hours and began the process of ridding my family of this problem. By the end of the day we were lice free and my daughter was able to go back to school the next day. We still use their products if any other children in her class have lice, just in case!

School Nurse, NY, NY:

Lice had gotten to be such an issue in our lower school that we decided to have The Lice Treatment Center come in and do periodic "head checks" on all of our students. LTC's technicians set up in our school gym and checked every student's head quickly and with a minimum disruption to our school day. What really impressed me is how kind the technicians were to the kids--especially the ones who did have head lice. We've had the problem under control since starting with LTC.

A Dad, NY, NY:

How many ways can you say thank you? 100s. I am so grateful for you sending Danielle to our home to heal my daughter. She was pleasant, courteous, kind, professional and must say after years of being in customer service there are those that do there job and those that care about what they do. She truly cares . I can not express my sincere gratitude and I hope she receives a award for outstanding customer service. The hospital was rude and indifferent and my wife tried for 24 hours to fix this issue. $700.00 is a lot of money for a family like us , but having Danielle in my home made it all worth it .

If you ever would like a customer referral , please give them my name and phone number 5 star rating and the best if the best . Danielle is in the top 1 percent. I sincerely thank you. And I hope she gets rewarded for her . time, demeanor and knowledge

Respectfully,

To start, thankyou so much for switching your schedule and responding to my call so quickly yesturday. I really appreciate it. It made a distressing situation so much more bearable. To give you some background, our school has a lice epidemic. This has been a non stop event since the fall. Thanks to (another mother), I was informed of your company. They were extremenly professional and put me (a critter phobic) at ease.
